A good place

Jeruzalem Inn is a friendly hotel with a good room for solo travellers. The staff is helpfull and provides good service. They helped me with the questions I had.

The room was newly renovated and clean. It was a bit small (double bed, a small desk, small porch and a small bathroom with a nice shower), however, it suited my needs. I was on vacation with my son touring and we just needed it for sleeping. It was walking distance to everything. It is on a quite street but a block away from all the night action and resturants. Would definatly stay again.

The hotel is close to a bar and/or restaurant and as such it gets very noisy until late at night. Had trouble sleeping on most nights I was there (over the weekend). Check-in is not convenient (3pm only, there is nobody there before that?), and the clerk could not care less. Room was clean, but quite small.

The service was bad.. the rooms are not clean, the sheets were not changed, noise all night, the rooms are not sealed and you can hear everything, a shocking experience

The only good thing about this hotel was location. The first guy staff was good. There was no elevator so second floor sucked with suitcases. He did carry them up for us, but there was no one there to help when we checked out. Even though we askedfor someone. There is no one there from 11pm to 11am. You are given a whats app number to call. We had a very loud bar beside our room that went till very late. Then people talking and chanting till 1 am. Bring ear plugs! The patios doors wouldnt close, the fridge needed to be defrosted. There was a bed mattress in stairway. The only reason to stay here is location and price but be prepared

Há hoteis melhores na região...

O hotel não possui elevador, fator que influencia bastamte, pois para subir com as malas não houve qualquer ajudante. O café da manha é muito fraco, não recomendo pegar com tal serviço incluido. Tirando isso, o quarto é pequeno, porém razoável.

Klagade på annat vid muren men inte på Hotellet!

Perfekt läge. Sköna sängar. Rent och fint. Daglig städning och bäddning. Mycket hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Underbar hälsosam frukostbuffe: frukt, grönsaker, både grillade och råa, olika yougurtar bl.a. Spårvagnen, hållplats Yaffa Center, ligger en kort promenad från hotellet. Den tar dig till och från Central/Bus station. Från hotellet 10 minuters gångväg till Jaffa Gate eller 10 minuter åt andra hållet; Marknaden. Hotellet hjälper till och bokar utflykter och/eller guidade turer. Många matställen och affärer i området. Enda negativa på/i rummet; avsaknad av nattlampa!

El hotel está bien ubicado a solo unos minutos caminando a la ciudad vieja. Sin embargo la habitación que nos asignaron era de una forma irregular y por lo tanto incómoda. Además el primer dia no hubo agua caliente debido a un desperfecto de la energía eléctrica.

The hotel Is in a great position just 10 minutes walk from Jaffa Gate. Also very near the tram line that goes along Jaffa Road. Staff at reception are helpful, breakfast is the same every day but plentiful, there is no lift so it would not be suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Our room was a good size, though a little noisy

This hotel was okay. It was difficult to find, and while I understand it has no parking I did not realise it would be SO difficult to figure out parking. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is certainly convenient but I would not suggest if you are driving. If you are not driving this is great. It does not have a lift, just FYI, but a bit of a surprise to hike up several floors. The bed was not very comfortable. The shower was great

The room was very run down apart from the bed and really small. Not too loud, but the balcony doors (sliding doors) could not be locked (security issue and, even worse, very cold during the November nights). Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast, but still: not recommendable, unless you get along with non-Western standards.

The location of the property is 10/10. Staff are so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Nasser and the lovely young lady at the breakfast bar. The room however wasn't too clean. Dusty and i had to ask to change towels as they weren't too clean. All in all, the hotel does the job and the staff and location are great.

Les +: super localisation pour pouvoir découvrir la ville à pieds comme en tramway. Bon petit-déjeuner. L'équipe de l'hôtel très sympa et serviable. Les -: chambre (très petite) avec toilette et douche dans la même pièce, on est vite à l'étroit. Lits petits mais confortables. Il restait des poussières de travaux au sol qui fait douter quant au fait que le ménage a été fait. La présence d'un bar très bruyant le jeudi soir.
