The property is great. Services and staff very efficient and helpful. However, there is major construction on Emek Refaim some days dust flying everywhere. If you want to walk on Emek Refaim you have to endure heavy equipment and excavators digging hammering and all sorts of noise The light rail is being extended to Emek Refaim and the National rail is being extended to the old Train Station. This seemingly is a multi year project. If your driving or taking a taxi park in parking lots or hail GETT at front of train station
