He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. "Check in went well. Room is clean. Breakfast was great. Location on the river is fantastic. However, the hotel is showing its age and is currently in a state of renovations. Once the renovations are complete, the property would likely rate excellent in all aspects."

"Great historic hotel, ideally located close to the Roman bridge in a park-like setting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. We enjoyed the facilities - both pools, the hot tub, and the lounging area. Excellent breakfast. I can’t wait to visit again!"

"Windsor Hotel in Meran was a fairly recently renovated hotel in an attractive older building. Along the promenade on the Passer River it’s very close to the Old Town and the thermal springs. Nice staff and pleasant rooms. "
