"類似學生套房的旅店房間格局上中規中矩，房間數量非常多分左右兩側，行走路線非常清楚。因爲不喜歡汽車旅館的氛圍和味道才選擇這理，但失望的是進房居然有煙味。整棟樓採自助進房的策略很棒，空間明亮，但是軟體的系統作業一直出問題，刷房卡有問題，進房之後也有聽到隔壁的房間有類似的卡門狀態。房間的隔音非常差，床是硬的不好睡，而且晚上洗澡居然沒有會溫暖的熱水，浴室水壓很強。房間內沒有提供任何備品。停車場算寬敞，然夜間照明不足，晚上進出的時候必須小心行走，停車場內上有一些堆疊的石料需注意。感覺是舊大樓重新翻修後的狀況。短暫停留，提功訊息給旅者參考。"

"We came to Zen and Pine Resort to hike Mt. Yushan. Although that wasn’t possible due to road closure, on the manager’s advice, we instead visited nearby Sun Moon Lake and hiked Mt. "We stayed in double queen room with lake view and balcony. The Lakeview was AMAZING! Breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of options for omnivores and vegetarians. The only unexpected thing was there was no shower curtain in the shower and a window next to the shower had a glass window covered with a pull down blind. I highly recommend a room with a lake view."

"We got the room with a private hot tub and lake view which was nice. However the wood finishes inside the room showed the test of time, and there was only a small upholstered seat, so cannot enjoy looking at Sun Moon Lake as much. The rate included half board (breakfast and dinner), both at an enormous dining hall with many food stations served buffet style. There were so many guests (200-300?) that dining was in 2 shifts. Apparently many tour groups were bused in. I don't know where they stayed, as the wing we were at was pleasantly uncrowded."

"The location is perfectly at the most convenient place in the cross road of 2 main streets. It is about 2-3 minutes walk with baggaes from the bus station. Walking distance to many stores, including 7-11, starbucks, boat ticket sale booth, bike rental shops etc., and also clost to the boat docks. Breakfast is excellent, too."

"Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The view is beautiful and I would give it a 5 stars view. The amenities you can buy at reception at extra cost. It’s a 3 Stars hotel so one should not expect a 5 stars amenities and etc. but definitely a 5 stars staff friendliness and view of the lake. "
