"Breakfast menu was excellent. I enjoyed the lobster crab soup and the beef soup. The seafood porridge with abolone and scallop was great. The swimming pool was very nice. Good to have a lifeguard around. "

This is a very well managed hotel with an excellently trained and efficient staff. It is immaculately maintained throughout plus offers a variety of food choices in their many restaurants. We will definitely return to Tainan to further explore its history, and to enjoy the food, and royal treatment at Silks Place. "

Overall, many thoughtful touches were pleasantly surprising. It’s clean and well-located—within walking distance of the night market, which is perfect for food lovers."

"Smart hotel in the centre of the old town about 15 mins walk from the station. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Large, comfortable, clean & quiet room with good WiFi & bathroom. Breakfast offerings were a bit strange but it's Taiwan not Twickenham."
