"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."

"1. No wardrobe to hang clothes except for few open hangers...insufficient for 2 ladies sharing a room; 2. No place to hang wet clothes in the toilet; 3. Safe not functioning.... Staff should check before next guests check-in; 4. No didicated iron & iron board in each room; 5. Blockage in the shower not addressed after few complains; 6. High time to replace new bath towels; 7. Bedsheets should be changed regularly/daily; 8. Staff soft spoken, pleasant & well mannered"
