Reservamos a suíte com jacuzzi para aproveitar um fim de semana diferente, mesmo morando ao lado do hotel, em João Pessoa. A equipe de recepção foi sempre simpática e prestativa, mas acumulamos contratempos que comprometeram a experiência. Logo na chegada, o quarto ainda não estava pronto e esperamos cerca de uma hora. Quando finalmente entramos, o chão estava pegajoso e as janelas opacas. O primeiro serviço de quarto foi rápido, com apresentação impecável e comida saborosa; porém, no segundo pedido, esperamos mais de uma hora e só então descobrimos que ele nem havia sido repassado à cozinha. A jacuzzi também causou dores de cabeça: no primeiro dia, a hidromassagem não ligava; no segundo, a água não esquentava. Após duas idas do técnico ao quarto, o problema foi finalmente resolvido. Como compensação, recebemos uma hora extra de estadia, gesto que agradecemos. Pontos positivos • Café da manhã ótimo e bem completo, com variedade acima da média. • Quarto espaçoso, equipado com amenities de qualidade, TV Smart e cama muito confortável. Resumindo: há bons pontos, mas diversos pequenos contratempos deixaram a experiência desagradável — como os problemas na jacuzzi, a desatenção em um dos pedidos de serviço de quarto e a espera de uma hora até que o quarto estivesse pronto.

Bom, mas não vale o retorno

Hotel é bom, mas nada que o torne inesquecível ou me faça voltar... Quando estiver de novo em JP, certamente buscaria outra opção. A localização é boa, mas está longe (para ir a pé) da área de maior concentração de restaurantes e atividades da orla. Mas para quem quer tomar banho de praia, a localização é favorável, pois na frente do hotel a praia é boa e tranquila. O hotel oferece serviço de cadeira e guarda-sol, assim como garçom, e isso é um ponto positivo. Instalações do hotel são bonitas e modernas (é um hotel novo), mas achei o quarto pequeno, com banheiro muito apertado. Área do rooftop é confortável, mas a piscina é pequena. Café da manhã, para o meu gosto, deixou a desejar, pois é repetitivo e algumas coisas não tão boas. O hotel afirma dispor de bicicletas para uso dos hóspedes, mas quando estive lá só tinha uma, e disseram que as outras estavam para conserto. Restaurante do hotel é bom, mas em comparação com outras opções na cidade, pareceu-me caro, com custo-benefício que não compensa. Enfim. Hotel com grande potencial mas que parece ainda precisar aprimorar algumas operações.

HOTEL EXCELENTE, porém, alguns detalhes durante minha hospedagem não foram bons São eles: Piscina é muito rasa (tem que ficar ajoelhada)E NÃO ESTAVA AQUECIDA, embora eu tenha telefonado e perguntado sobre estar aquecida durante a minha reserva que seria no dia seguinte ao da ligação! O registro do chuveiro estava solto e, embora eu tenha solicitado o conserto, não foi providenciado Eu me hospedei com meu marido e, no quarto havia somente uma toalha de piscina e, quando solicitei outra na recepção me disseram que levariam e não me levaram! Para mim são detalhes que importam e me senti frustrada, infelizmente!

Estadia em Cabo Branco - João Pessoa

O Hotel é novo e os funcionários são atenciosos. Achei o quarto bem pequeno de forma que duas pessoas tinham dificuldades para se locomover ao mesmo tempo e manusear as malas. O local é bom mas bem mais afastado da área de maior movimentação (fica no final de Cabo Branco). Há um restaurante parceiro no hotel em que é servido o café da manhã que é bom mas nada de excepcional. Senti falta de uma sala de visitas com TV ou algum entretenimento pois nos dias de chuva não havia o que fazer a não ser ficar no minúsculo quarto. Como sugestão gostaria que oferecessem um número maior de cadeiras ou guarda-sóis para a praia pois havendo 9 aptos por andar em 4 andares, ainda que a maioria saia para passeios, não é viável ter apenas 4 guarda-sóis com 2 cadeiras. Por fim, gostaria de elogiar a academia em que está tudo novinho e é bem funcional.

Atendimento e manutenção impecáveis

Hotel muito confortável, pequeno, com atendimento e instalações impecáveis. Tudo muito novo, moderno e aconchegante. A localizacão nao é o ponto forte, a praia em frente não tem estrutura, mas eles emprestam cadeiras, guarda sóis e até bicicletas. Piscina pequena e aquecida, no rooftop. Cama e ducha perfeitas, assim como o enxoval. Uma oportunidade de melhoria: a academoia só abre as 8h. O que impede o uso para quem viaja a trabalho, e dificulta conciliar com passeios. Já quero muito voltar. Poucas opções de comércio, alimentação e serviços por perto. Porém, o restaurante, terceirizado, é muito bom e tem preços adequados para a categoria.
