It was great. Staff was super friendly. We got 2 cribs in our room for our babies and bed was extremely big and comfortable. I highly recommend this property

O hotel é bonito e o café da manhã é excelente...Porém paguei mais caro para ficar com vista para o mar, nos colocaram no primiero andar onde do mar só dava pra ver uma ponta e com muito esforço, na frente só tinha planta e 2 arvores grandes , ou seja, nada de vista para o mar. No banheiro do hotel não tem nenhum lugar para pendurar a toalha, vc tem que sair molhando o banheiro pra pegar a toalha. No ultimo dia apareceu uma barata que entrou por baixo da porta. O estacionamento é aberto e o carro fica no sol. Por se tratar de um hotel de 5 estrelas,, pelo preço ainda deixa a desejar.

Hotel moderno, limpo, instalações práticas e sofisticadas. Staff todo muito bem treinado e discreto. O rooftop super bacana, com destaque para o profissional do bar Bernardo. O quarto é amplo, chuveiro excelente, banheiro em ótimo tamanho. Tudo bem limpo. Limpeza com troca de toalhas diária. Gostaria de destacar a decepção com as camas: apesar de largas, o colchão está bem desgastado, tendo perdido a firmeza, é absolutamente desconfortável para o sono/descanso. O que me admirou, considerando todo o cuidado com cada parte do hotel, falta o olhar cuidadoso em relação às camas. Sugestão de substituições urgentes, pois tomamos o cuidado de conversar com outros hospedes, que nos relataram o mesmo desconforto. Ou seja, não era algo pontual, os colchões precisam ser substituídos. Fica a dica, caso se importem. Café da manhã muito bom, variado, tendo poucas opções para quem está em dieta. Staff do café muito atencioso. Restaurante muito bom para um jantar em dias mais cansativos. Estacionamento em frente ao hotel, amplo, descoberto. Localização excelente! Ao lado da Av. beira-mar e próximo à diversas opções gastronômicas Espero voltar, principalmente se os colchões da cama forem substituídos ;)

Esse hotel é sensacional!! Limpinho, cheiroso, super confortável! No meu apto o chuveiro estava ruim, de forma que se abrisse muito, a água batia no teto e molhava todo o banheiro, então tinha que deixar fraquinha a água. Pouquíssimas tomadas, carregador 2 coisas ao mesmo tempo não dava. Mas no resto, vale muito a pena!!

Somente o banheiro que fiz a desejar na ter porta box completo. Sempre molha do lado de fora e temos que fixar usando toalhas pra limpar o chão .tivemos que aplicar novo quarto. Por causa esse problema devem repensar esse problema

Boa opção em Joao Pessoa, mas pode melhorar

Hotel excelente, muito confortável. Café da manhã muito bom, cama excelente, equipe muito educada também. Alguns pontos de melhoria seria melhorar iluminação do quarto pois a noite fica muito escuro ate para se vestir. O hotel não estava lotado e mesmo assim não liberaram o check-in às 12h, somente às 14h, sendo que no dia seguinte saí antes das 9h e nem íamos ficar no hotel durante o dia. Recebemos um upgrade com vista pra praia, só que era na verdade com vista para uma arvore e um estacionamento, pois era no primeiro andar. Parece que tem um spa no hotel, mas não nos foi oferecido nada. Enfim, tem tudo para ser perfeito, mas pode melhorar oferecendo melhores experiências, inclusive acho que tem outros hoteis na mesma faixa de preço de frente para o mar e com serviço de praia.
