"Unfortunate to say but my review will only be about how we never stayed there versus our expense as guest. Thankfully we did not pay in advance because we would be dealing with a refund. We reserved a double bed for one night too be closer for our family member's continued travels somewhere else. Not really sure if this is their regular preached of giving away people's reserved rooms but that was our fate with Economy Inn: Pittsburgh Airport. No further explanation but that there was no room. This really put us in a bind for someone that is not from that city nor state as well as it was evening time when we received this news. Please do better so this would not happen again to other families. "

"We were appreciative to have a place to rest, as our originally booked hotel had overbooked and could not accommodate us. Fortunately, we only needed a room for a few hours. Had our stay required more time, we would have continued our search elsewhere. The toilet in our room was not functioning properly. Although the handyman was courteous, his only solution provided—lifting the tank lid to manually flush—should not be acceptable for a paid guest room. Additionally, one of the pillows had visible dirt on the back, which raised concerns about cleanliness. We were also informed upon arrival that parking was not free but $5, a detail that had not been communicated by the Expedia agent. The parking area itself felt somewhat sketchy. Based on these experiences, we would not intentionally choose to stay at this property again. I strongly encourage the owners or management to invest greater attention into the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the facility."

"Room was clean. Has available shuttle to PIT airport. Staff was nice. Wasn’t able to see full breakfast since it started at 6 am and I had a very early AM flight."

"We were not told that this location had limited maid service only (offered only every 3 days). It was only upon asking on our 2nd night when we realized our room had not been given extra towels that we realized was not "changed over". When we did ask for extra towels or extra body wash, it was like asking for GOLD. She didn't have any additional face towels and no additional body wash. There was never any breakfast offered. Heaven forbid you ask for extra coffee for your room each day. As you can imagine, no coffee in the morning is no good. The hotel is outdated and needs an renovation very much. As soon as you pull up to the entrance, the ceiling is completely damaged. Lighting throughout the hotel needs an update. There is inadequate storage space for clothing, no doors on closet, the ice machine doesn't work on the 3rd floor so you have to go down to the 1st floor and down the hall) and no channel listing for the TV. I wanted to like this hotel a lot more but it's very difficult to do. "
