First time here and we loved it. Very clean and well maintained and the people were very friendly and helpful. I reserved our room and they gave me a great spot. Will return if ever in the area again for sure.

This is a sweet, clean, friendly and convenient-to-everything in John Day hotel. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated, but it’s a great place at a reasonable price and my bed was sooo comfortable. This definitely a good place to stay.

Great location in heart of John Day! This is an extremely well maintained classic Motel. A perfect stay when visiting the fossil fields and ending the day near downtown where a steakhouse, brew pub, and pizza restaurant is each less than a block away.
