"There is no hot tub like advertised.. the pool is very cold. We booked this hotel because it said it had a hot tub and come to find out the hot tub is no longer there. Was not happy at all..."

"This motel is about the view. It smells like old motel, and the hot water is sometimes unreliable, but the staff was very nice, and you can't beat that view of the ocean at sunrise and at moonrise. It's a short drive to the more touristy areas of York Beach, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, this place will work fine. You can cross the street for a nice walk along the more rocky areas of the beach."

"I’m giving it a poor review because of the beds and how thin the walls were. We were going to stay for two nights but we left after the first night because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on that we couldn’t get comfortable, on top of that we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. We couldn’t take another night off no sleep so we checked out the next morning eating the non refundable night lost."

"Worst experience ever when staying at a VRBO property. We had multiple issues but most significant was that there was no bedroom on the first floor despite being told there was one. I told the host about my parents’ limited mobility but the best we could do was a pull out couch that was on the opposite side of the house with 2 elevation changes to negotiate with a walker. "
