"This hotel is in a perfect location right on the boardwalk. The dining and bar were excellent and there were so many activities for families. Also had two wonderful pools!"
"This property was absolutely amazing. I have stayed at many hotels in Virginia Beach, and this was definitely one of the best. The kitchen was equipped with full sized appliances, it was clean, and everything was in working condition. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa bed, the bathroom was clean, and nicely sized. I had the pleasure of checking in with Kyla and David. Their customer service was exceptional. I had a small issue with the balcony door when i arrived, the engineer that was sent fixed the issue with no problem and he too was kind, helpful and everything you would hope for as a grandmother traveling alone, with her two adolescent granddaughters. On day two, I had the pleasure of interacting with the concierge, whose name I can't remember, forgive me; however he too was exceptionally kind and informative. Day three, I interacted with another member of the front desk team, I can't remember her name either, but you guessed it, she too was phenomenal. She assisted with giving towels to my granddaughters for the pool and engaged them in conversation. I saw several staff members and each one was kind and helpful. It was a wonderful establishment with a wonderful group of staff. Thank you, I will be back. 💖
