"A newer property, excllnt for people traveling for work/transport/local rotations of workers, vs staying somewhere with the Green River Park/access & a tourism stay, closer to the people in the community. The property doesn’t offer much in way of lunch/dinner food options to purchase (breakfast seems nice), but when a solid sleep, in clean, quiet ambiance, + pretty comfy beds/nice bedding, prop is a fantastic value, imo."

"This is a GEM of a place!!!! Only 3 rooms nestled underneath a home cooked feeling restaurant. We had dinner before checking in and breakfast in the morning and both meals were nourishing not just in food, but in quality and energy! The bed and pillows were comfortable, the massive windows overlooking the dam/river were so lovely, and the TV is massive! Only feedback is the shower had some hair from previous guest on the wall, and there was a mildewy smell upon entering, but they include an air purifier which helped tremendously. If I’m ever in the area again, I hope I’m lucky to get a room there!"

"The best place we stayed on a 9 night motorcycle trip! The ambience of the registration, breakfast area and rooms were very relaxing. The fresh cooked breakfast simply amazing! Free water and snacks also! Do not hesitate to book this place!"

"Loved home and location! Very peaceful and the sky at nighttime is unreal. We saw meteors and starlink satellites. Moab is about an hour away, this wasn’t an issue for us as we wanted something a little more secluded. 10/10!"

"We used the Green River house as a base to visit Arches, Canyonlands, san Rafael Swell and Goblin Valley. The house was perfect with a well equipped kitchen, a comfy couch, good beds, and good bathrooms with good showers. There were plenty of pods to use the washing machine and dishwasher. The house has a very pleasant atmosphere. We very much enjoyed staying here for 7 nights."
