Carpet very dirty with food crumbs and lint. Wallpaper pealing. Not there for breakfast. AC and heat worked well. Front desk lovely help.

Great location. We parked the car in the lot and walked everywhere (note we are big walkers - most places were .5 to a mile away). The house was fully decorated for Christmas which was really nice. Great place to stay to tour, eat and shop around providence.

I was able to get a good breakfast, buy gas at B.J.'s, and use my bank's ATM in Johnston, RI before I drove to Cape Cod !!!!!!!
