The hot water heater was not working and needed a couple of staff to fix it. The basin tap was faulty and splashed water on your clothes when you turned on the tap. The hotel didn't even provide bottled water which is the basic requirement. It provided a tumbler of plain water and left it on the table as drinking water. Will not use this hotel again.

It is clean n acceptable condition. But if u are elderly or having knee problems, it is not for u. The toilet is raised so u hv to go over a step up n careful to get down. Room on the 2nd floor so u hv to use staircase. Corridor between 2 sides of room were less than outstretched arm length. So could hear doors being close loudly n movements. Very close to Hero Supermarket where u see very fresh veg, meats n seafood. Can go thru back of hotel to get to big Aeon Mall by the carpark. TOPPEN mall jus get a grab. Found a nice Nasi lemak place for early breakfast. Out of hotel “Turn Left n keep left u will see the the first shop Bonda.

We stayed at JD Hotel mainly for shopping at AEON Tebrau this time as it is 5 minutes walking distance through the carpark there. Though small hotel with 2-storeys but it has what needed for sleep. Friendly staff and fast check in and check out process. Value for money.

hotel is well-located, has staff watching cars. Friendly cat at hotel lobby Room is not well-insulated from noise along the corridor. Can see truckings behind sockets, no bottled water. For the price and location, kinda still worth it. You get what you paid for

Budget hotel. So have to set the right expectation. Clean room, clean toilet, nice cosy hotel. My family checked in at 8pm and check out following night at 8am. Most of our time are spent in the shopping mall So it is basically just for overnight stay which is reasonably good for the price.

Functional budget stay near the mall

The location is pretty good, just minutes away from AEON Tebrau City and IKEA by foot. The only down side is there is no clear path for walking, had to cut through the mall's basement carpark and gantry. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a corner where you can purchase snacks, instant noodles and drinks.

Nice affordable hotel near AEON mall

Hotel was near AEON mall & IKEA, about 10min walk. 10min drive away from Austin Heights Amusement Park. Not many eating places nearby but the price is so cheap what can you expect.

The hotel is Clean and big, friendly reception for a short stay over just for shopping and movies. Parking lots available just right in front. Not much expectation since the shopping center is behind you could get anything from there. Not noisy and safe area

The room is sitting at the main corridor which constantly having people walking pass outside the room. To make it worst, a large thin metal platform was built on the corridor. You may be able to imagine what will happen there day and night.

Is only a Inn!

There’s no lift as the rooms are only 1 level up. You can’t find breakfast place nearby early in the morning. A night stay here is fine since the AEON mall is 5min away.
