Great stay, the place is very clean and the room is huge. Great for family! Night time it’s quite noisy, dog barking. Staff is very friendly and helpful, would still recommend staying here. Awesome place!

Nice & very spacious studio suites for couple or family getaway. The room includes breakfast. The only problem is for those light sleepers…..because there are many wild roosters around the area which start cuckooing as early as 3am

Good location and Spacious room.

As it was still new, was clean and in good condition. The room was spacious. Only grievance is the quality of breakfast. The nearby coffeshops have better range and quality. So lower your expectations if you decide to wake up early and have breakfast.

the hotel is in a terrible condition wifi was down all the time construction works and noise even during the night. bedsheets and towels have a staked smell I won’t stay there again!

So far everything is good , air con cooled enough, water pressure strong enough. Room lock was spoil, had to put a fire extinguish behind as a secondary security. Breakfast was 2/5 star, lack of food during 9.30am already. Less table and chair. Even cup also less. Slope going up car park was dangerous, bigger car like SUV or MPV need extra caution.

Don't expect too much! Booked 2 rooms and 1 was not even cleaned. Wi-Fi connection was hopeless. The Wi-Fi gets connected but no internet, we had to use our roaming. One of our room entrance door lock was spoilt so that added to poor security. However, the staff was great as he ensured our stay was comfortable even though with shortcomings. But definitely I won't be coming back here next time.

Ok, but spartan and far from town

Check-in was easy. Need a RM100 deposit tho. Requested high floor, didn't get it. big apartment. Not the one I booked though. This apartment didn't even feature on the website. I booked a studio king. This was a weird 1 bed with the living room window looking onto the corridor which I didn't like. Was also a big security risk imo as someone could easily gain entry to the apartment. No safe inside the apartment. Also, no pots and pans to cook. Pointless to say fully fitted kitchen when there's nothing to cook with! Just 2 plates, bowls and mugs. Not even a glass! Nice swimming pool on the 5th floor and small gym. Apartment far away from the main town. Walked it once but took nearly an hour. Convenient mini mart nearby. Wouldn't recommend the Indian across the street tho. Got bad upset stomach after eating there. Be warned! TV only through the internet, which was down for the duration of my 3 day stay so couldn't watch anything. No bedside light which made it awkward at night time. Good Aircon and comfortable bed.

The stalls were nice and helpful. The helped us load our luggage and provided extra table for our room as I requested. They kept our stuff left in the room after our check out so we could retrieve it two days after checking out. The rooms are quiet.

Recently refurbished property

The property is recently rebranded & refurbished. As such, the facilities are still relatively new. The room is spacious and comfortable, and comfortably fits a small family. There is a kitchen, a dining area and a living room, but no cooking utensils are provided. Location wise, it is situated in an older part of Johor Bahru, so transport is needed to access to retail stores and malls. The breakfast spread is small but sufficient. I suspect it is sourced from an external kitchen. The one area I hope the management can improve is security. The elevators do not require access cards so anyone can access the room floors. I hope this can be addressed.

The handphone reception is not very ideal. Front desk can choose not to answer the calls. No sound proofing. You can practically hear the guests walking pass at the corridor and guests dragging their chairs on the upper floor
