The hotel's prime location, directly linked to Southkey Mall, makes it a shopper's paradise. The ease of access to a variety of dining options.The room is very clean& quiet. Breakfast buffet spread has a very decent selection of hot food and classic dishes. Overall we had a great stay in this hotel.

The convenience is probably the only reason to stay here. The towels were stained and will be good to bring own towels. The toilets had basic amenities and were not as clean with stains on the walls and floor. Breakfast was disorganised and due to the crowd, food was not replenished in time. Would probably stay next time only if there is a need to stay at a hotel with connecting mall.
