"It was an amazing stay and I almost want to gatekeep it. Definitely our best stay during our East Coast trip with my family. The rooms were great, housekeeping was amazing, the front desk was helpful with everything and the dietary staff was super helpful with the great breakfast and allergen/nutrition info. Definitely would stay again."

"Arrived after midnight and front desk staff were waiting for me as I advised them in advance that my flight was late. Room was lovely, clean and bed was very comfortable. Did not partake in breakfast as I was too tired. Could have used coffee but there is no in room coffee maker - my only disappointment. I didn’t have an issue with parking across the street and because I was there on a weekend there was no charge to park (otherwise it is $14/day). I would stay again at this location."

"Oh my. This was an emergency situation and the good people working here ARE MY HEROES. I was taking a relaxed, scenic VIA Rail train ride back home to Edmonton… …when the conductor announced that the locomotive is overheating due to the heat wave. End of the line! So, I cancelled my train tickets home and bought a plane ticket home…. …the next day. I didn’t want to sleep on the airport lobby, so I call a cab. Sunni, the cab driver, KNEW WHAT TO DO and brought me here. The moment I walked in the front door, Randy made me feel like a royal. I was treated with patience, compassion and kindness. He booked me up a nice single bed room, clean, quiet, clean bedsheets, fluffy towels and hot water. I get a cleansing shower, a much-needed shave and brushed my teeth. Checking in with my home base, I tell my neighbour lady that - HOLY COW AM I LUCKY I WOUND UP HERE! Believe me, it could have been much worse (and I have had my share of horrible travel experiences) - all I can say is that I’m so grateful to Randy for his kindness and compassion. I try to model my own behaviour like people like Randy - and I’m proud to say that RANDY HAS RAISED MY BAR. HIGH! It gets better. The next morning, I get so much guidance and knowledge from the morning front desk people , Giselle & Tanya. A little comedy gold ensues with me buying laundry tokens with a 20$ bill… …fidgeting through a purse wallet so I get loonies and toonies instead of dimes and nickels! Wonderful wonderful!"
