Customer service lacks

Alright got to the motel at 9:15 the front was closed no one inside I push the Bell made me walk around to the dark side of the building and check in while standing there watching the man come out with pajamas on no shoes no socks and then he give me a hard time about using Expedia said that it was too cheap then when I checked out the next morning they would not give me a receipt they said thank you leave just like that never ever will use them again and probably not Expedia either

Remodel at work

They were remodeling atm and everything was pretty new. Smell was horrible bit you get nose blind. The room was super clean and comfortable. Across the road is a burger king... DON'T EAT THERE

Stay somewhere else!

The inn was near other nicer hotels, so the area was okay. The room smelled musty, the pillows were stained and old. The towels haven't been replaced in ages. There was a smashed bug in the shower. I will never stay here again. Motel 6 is nicer!

Nasty Stinky place

This place was nasty, if I could have left without being charged I would have... Parking lot was nothing but big pot holes, the room was very out dated, smelled of mold, bed was hard as a rock, a/c heater was old and barely heated the room mind you it was like 20 degrees the night of my visit.. Very dissatisfied...

who likes bugs!?

Absolute discussing. Brought the cockroach i found to the front desk to show them and to see if I could get any money back. Dude man proceeded to squish the cockroach with his finger on the front desk and tell me it's not so bad and he can't do anything for me except check me out. The swipes the roach onto his desk and squishes it some more and said at least it's not bed bugs. Wow... Still feels like I have critters crawling under my skin.

Did not feel safe.

Booked online b/c it was 1/5 that accepted pets and arrived 20 mins later about 7:30 p.m. Circled the whole complex but could not find the office. The pavement was severely broken up and there were no lights on in the parking lot, only on on the hotel landings. There were men hanging out in groups at the railings and some doors were wide open. One room had a weight bench. The hotel looked more like an old apt complex. I did not feel safe for my self or my car. I drove away. The survey formate does not allow to skip topics so I had to put in a rating for staff etc.

Cable was out.Parking lot is in poor condition. No breakfast of any kind.Quality really varies in the America's Best Value Chain. I have only stayed at one good motel in this chain and that was Garden City, KS.

I want for just a solo get away. The lobby was unkept and smelled bad. Outside appearance looked bad and unkept parking lot was in deaspearate need of repaving.

America's Fairest Deal

Hard to get anyone to the front desk; but, once you did - nice and friendly. Soda machine outside was out of all sodas and waters. Room fairly clean - saw a couple minor things that could have been cleaner (ice bucket and coffee maker). Nice beds. Decent room for the great low price! No itchy bedding like at the motel 6 in same town; that has near the same cost.

Never warned about the construction

Office said my 2 girls was being to load. The place was under construction there were nuts and bolts everywhere in the parking area. It was not my favorite place at all.

It's what you pay for

I checked in just after 10 pm and felt like a criminal having to use a nasty outdated walk up window to do so. It took 20 minutes to get checked in, also. The room itself was spacious, but is in severe need of maintenance. The AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off and sweat through the night. For the price, I wouldn't have expected much better though I suppose.
