"Our room ( number 3) was on the small side and our bathroom was tiny with an old fashioned fixed shower. The wash hand basin so small that it was impossible to fill our room kettle directly from the cold tap. I had to fill the kettle from a water glass. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy. There were no curtains on our window just a blind. My cooked breakfast was excellent and service was friendly if somewhat haphazard. Hotel grounds were impressive."

"Beautiful place, outstanding area. Very easy-going to check in. A place you feel instantly at home. Creaking doors doors in such an old and historic place adds some extra charme. I can only recommend it and give full points"

"Great hotel loads of history to it. Close to shops. Clean n tidy with friendly staff as soon as you walk in. Great poached egg for breakfast no complaints. Will use again when down that way. 😀😀😀😀😀😀"

"We had a fantastic time at Olivia-Leigh Cottage! Olivia is a wonderful host - she sent detailed instructions for the check in process, left a lovely welcome hamper for our arrival, was flexible with our needs on check out day and kindly mailed an item we left behind to us after our stay! The cottage is superb - great location, charming, cosy, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Olivia!"

"My husband I stayed here for only one night but we both wished that it were a longer visit! As the name suggests, it's a cozy, lovely spot nestled in the Mournes, close to hiking trails and gorgeous views. Easy check-in and responsive hosts, would recommend to anyone!"
