"The check in was very difficult. The property doesn’t respond to messages and I had to constantly contact Expedia to call them for me. They didn’t send me check in instructions at any point. The only way I got details is via my 5th call to Expedia. When I got there, the AC didn’t work either. Overall, nobody was there to contact and they didn’t do the bare minimum of helping guests settle in. Avoid for a smooth stay."

"The hotel is in a great neighborhood with fun restaurants. We were a group of three, me, my wife, and adult daughter. The room we had was perfect as we each had our separate sleeping. Area separated by the bathroom. It was just perfect for us. It was a short walk to the circle road which has all the main attractions. Breakfast was great and there even was a nice pool table in a rec room. Would not hesitate to return next time in Vienna!!!! John Caporsle -USA"
