"Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area...

We loved the landscaping, fountains, hot tub, stars, and spaces, allowing our family to be together or have some quiet time. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated all the extras like the pool table and basketball game. Rose was very communicative and helpful. We loved how close this property is to the national park. We thoroughly enjoyed spending Christmas here!"
