We met Tatum at the front door and she made our check in so easy. We had to quickly book a second room and she was able to get us in the same floor with our elderly father. The friendliness and customer service was top notch! Our beds were incredible comfortable. The hotel was quiet. And our house keeping service was outstanding!

Check in was great (Fast and Easy). Sorry I don’t remember the guys name at check in but he was friendly, professional and well trained. I like this property and have stay here a few times. Only issue I have is the buffet needs to be monitored better. Last two times I stayed either the bacon was empty, bread or fruit and no one around to ask about it.

Just right

We are quite pleased with our room. My husband and I are mobility impaired so we much prefer a walk in shower. Melinda called me to make sure of our needs, and upgraded our room to a suite to accommodate us. The suite is very comfortable, the bed is heavenly and everything very clean. My only criticism is the lack of grab bars in the bathroom. Thank you Melinda for the lovely stay.

Liked pretty much everything about my stay. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing if I had to say was housekeeping knocking on my door at 10am when check out was 11am. I did have the do not disturb sign in the door too. When I opened the door what looked like a supervisor said she was checking if I needed anything?? I was checking out that day I didn’t need anything. Maybe if I stayed over but I wasn’t. Overall it was great stay and great value.

Hotel was under construction and wish it would have been disclosed online prior to booking or an email sent out. Hotel was dirty, room smelled like mold, AC made the room feel humid, shower was dirty and MOLDY, ELEVATOR did not work, husband has a bad back which made his walk up painful and rug was completely dirty.. We arrived around midnight, so it was too late for us to find other accommodations as we had been driving for over 6 hours.
