Great cleaning personal, entertainment was great Dominican show of the night. Horrible check in, waited to long. Room were available after 5pm. Showers ban in 2 of 3 rooms. Water spread all over. First time in DR and will not be the last. This hotel is amazing. From the staffing to the pool, the area. I can’t find anything negative about this hotel. It’s beautiful. Great job. We will be back in June with our kids.

Staff was very helpful. Eliezer at the desk was very friendly. Staff in dining area was super helpful and friendly. Thank you to Josephina, Elaina, Nelly and Janet in particular for the great friendly service. Also, Fany is wonderful!
