Not ideal for a hot day.

No cold water in bathroom tap (and it was 30+ deg outside) and room fan was too loud to run over night. Also nearby parking options were quite limited, but at least reception was helpful to guide me to a spot further away.

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet jedoch warndiendiacje nicht sauber. Reste vom Vorbewohner im Abfluss. Staub und Spinngewebe war zu finden. Also da ist einiges zu verbessern mit der Hygiene. Bettwäsche war in Ordnung

Sauber und zentral

Hinweis: Kein Fahrstuhl und Rezeption ist im 1. Stock :) keine schweren Koffer bringen. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlte wirklich bei 32 Grad Hitze im Dachgeschoss Zimmer eine Klima. Es gab zwar einen hochwertigen Ventilator, allerdings waren schnell auch die Mücken da wenn man die warme Luft rauslassen wollte. Der Ventilator musste die Nacht anbleiben und ist nicht unbedingt leise auf der niedrigsten Stufe. Sonst wäre alles perfekt gewesen....

Zentrale Lage - schwierige Parksituation

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Jülich. Es sind keine Parkplätze vorhanden und man muss Glück haben, dass man einen Platz zum Ausladen vor dem Haus bekommt. Hier ist auch das Risiko eines Strafzettels sehr groß, wenn man nicht umgehend ein entsprechendes Schild im Auto hinterlegt. Da das Haus keinen Aufzug besitzt, geht man erst zur Rezeption in den ersten Stock, dann wieder ins Auto und danach mit dem Gepäck in den zweiten Stock, wenn das Zimmer dort liegt. Hilfe mit dem Gepäck wurde angeboten. Das Zimmer selbst war extrem klein, allerdings mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Es wäre ein perfektes Einzelzimmer und sollte nicht als Doppelzimmer angeboten werden. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Die baulichen Gegebenheiten sind nun mal so und man hat dort wirklich mit viel Herzblut das Beste daraus gemacht. Die Tatsache, dass die nahegelegenen Parkgarage saniert wird ist natürlich auch nicht vom Hotel verschuldet. Es wäre allerdings eine gute Idee, wenn die Stadtverwaltung hier etwas kulanter gegenüber den Betreibern und Gästen wäre. Auch das Frühstück war gut und es fehlte nichts.

Ich war eine Nacht Geschäftlich in Jülich und brauchte ein Hotel im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich, alles hat bestens funktioniert.
