This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome in June Lake comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and offers a welcoming base for scenic views, seasonal adventure, and relaxed downtime. Spanning two stories plus a kid-friendly loft, it’s perfect for families and small groups.

• Three twin beds in the loft (including one set of bunk beds)

Enjoy a spacious open living area, a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials, and a deck with sweeping mountain views—ideal for morning coffee or sunset grilling. One bathroom includes a tub, while the other features a walk-in shower.

Needs maintenance

Beautiful property, but lacks maintenance and cleaning. There was a baking sheet in the oven that was used for cooking bacon, and was never cleaned.

Great location

The condo is in a great location and worked out well for our family. The only thing I would mention that made it difficult was that there is no door to the Master bath dressing room area, which made privacy challenging. A pocket door would be a groat addition. Unit also could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Great Location!

This property was pretty accurate from the pictures. The location was amazing. We even had deer outside the bedroom window. The process of renting was extremely easy. We all had a great time. Wish there were some games to play during the rain, but overall it was a great experience.

Great for families

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 kids going to June and Mammoth for the weekend. Check in was a breeze, and the condo was very roomy and clean. Great big dining table for the kids to spread out and game on after a full day of snow play. Short walk to restaurants. Easy parking. One caveat: the loft area is only accessible by a ladder, no stairs. It was fine for our kids (8+ years old) but it may be a consideration for parents with younger children.

Edgewater 17 June Lake.

This rental is amazing. Located right in between the lake and town. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The people are friendly and June Lake brewery has some tasty beer.

The office stuff don’t know much about the details of the property.

The property was updated but the floor was filthy and the property had a funky smell. Worst thing the property fridge didn’t work properly that we had some food spoil.

Utterly Perfect Ski Stay

We had high hopes of our accommodation in June Lake but it was even better than we had hoped for! The Town House was so spacious with incredible views from the main room & dining area - magical! The location was utterly ideal - a few steps from the lake & a few minutes from the village. We will definitely be staying there again!

Can't wait to come back!

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family! Having separate bedrooms is key when you travel with teens! The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room was spacious and the bathrooms were so nice! Wish the bedding would have been a little cozier and warmer...we were all a little cold because we had a hard time figuring out the Nest auto settings...but the last night we got it figured out! This condo is within walking distance to Tiger Bar and June Pizza too!
