"Facility is older however clean and good size room. Outdoor pool is decent size. Only noticeable weakness is no elevator and if you’re handicapped you might have to be able to manage stairs. Location is great if you intend to be around the capital as it’s a 10 minute drive. There are restaurants in the area although you’d need a car unless you’re ok with Perkins or McDonalds."

"First of all, in spite of the name and signage, this is NOT a Hampton Inn or anything like it. It's a 1950s-style horizontal one-story layout. It didn't seem like a good choice when we saw spare toilets lining the outdoor corridor leading to our room. BUT: our room was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, the bathroom was updated with good water pressure - all the essentials and a relatively economical room rate. Pleasant staff."
