Liian kuuma huone

Hotelli on kokonaisuudessaan ihan hyvä, etenkin sijainti. Huone oli pieni, ja se oli todella ahdistavan kuuma, koko ajan 25 C. Siihenbei auttanut termostaatin säätö eikä edes ikkunan avaaminen. Nukkuminen jäi vähälle.

Perhelomailua Jyväskylässä

Asiakaspalvelu oli huippuluokkaa joka puolella hotellia. Huone ok, vähän ajasta jäänyt, mutta vessa hyvä. Allasosasto oli pettymys, vesi kylmää, allasalue kolkko ja vähän pelottava! Pientä freesataan ja valaistusta lisää ei olisi pahitteeksi. Pukuhuoneet mukavammat. Sauna ei ollut päällä, joten uiminen ja lyhyeen. Aamupala loistava ja todella monipuolinen. Kids quiz yhdyskäytävällä oli hauska lisä

Vastaanoton henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelevaa. Huone viihtyisä ja siisti. Aamupalatarjoilut todella hyvät monipuoliset ja maistuvat. Negatiivisena sanoisin että verkkosivulla ei mainuttu että uima-allas ei ole käytössä. Juuri tuo uima-allas oli ratkaiseva hotellia valitessani yöpymispaikkaa.

Ei tarvitse yöpyä uudelleen

Hirvittävän kallis huone siihen nähden, mitä rahalla sai. Tyynyt ja sänky olivat epämukavat, eikä huoneesta oltu pyyhitty yläpölyjä. Kylpyhuonekin olisi kaivannut peruspesun. Näkymä oli ruma ja huoneen sisustuskin vanhahtanut ja kulahtanut. Aamupala oli kuitenkin hyvä ja sauna + uima-allas oli mukava lisä. Sijainti oli myös oikein loistava.
