"The only real problem we had was getting the heat/air set. It was frustrating and difficult at best. The thermostat was not at all clear as to how to set it. After much trial and error, we finally (accidentally) got it on air conditioning instead of heat. It would also help to have a notification in the room as to the WIFI name and password. "

"The hotel was clean, nicely updated, and had a very nice outside sitting area. Breakfast with hot scrambled eggs was nice. Downsides: Sinks and outside patio access: Sinks in bathroom: although very nice and contemporary, were functionally failing. I am 5'2" and could not cup water in my hands to splash my face, because sink was higher than my elbows. Imagine anyone shorter than me, or a child. Sink would be totally unusable. That style sink needs a lower counter to be functional for many people. Outside sitting area - Very nice and peaceful, but we could not find access from inside, so needed to use the stairs to go down to it. Outside doors would not let us use our cards to go back inside at ground level. We had to use the stairs and go back up get to bathroom, and then to get back in."

"The room was spacious and clean. The walk to the room,not so good - dirty carpets and debris in hallways. One staircase had a bowl of milk for 2 days with cat vomit next to it for 2 days, I did tell someone in housekeeping but it was never cleaned up and I was there for 3 days. Breakfast - fair -watery oatmeal."

"The only issue that we had was being woken at 6:00in the morning by the sound of boxes being thrown on the floor. We had a room next to the kitchen pantry. Well it was truck delivery day and so while we were sleeping the staff was unloading breakfast supplies outside in the hallway. Make sure you ask for a room that is not close to the kitchen. "
