Step outside to the expansive private lanai, where you can relax with your morning coffee, enjoy the tropical surroundings, or gather for an evening meal. The lanai is furnished with a dining table and seating area and also features a gas grill and wet bar, making it an inviting extension of the living space. Inside, the living room features an 86-inch Smart TV with complimentary cable and a Blu-ray DVD player, along with comfortable furnishings and beautiful engineered walnut hardwood flooring. The remodeled kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, upscale stainless-steel appliances, updated lighting, and a built-in beverage center, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The primary bedroom features a pillow-top California king bed, TV with cable, desk, and access to the private lanai. Its ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks and a large walk-in shower with built-in seating. The guest bedroom also features a pillow-top California king bed and access to its own outdoor patio, while the guest bathroom includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Custom drapes and hardwood flooring throughout both bedrooms add to the comfort and polished feel of the condo.

Ka'anapali Royal is a beautifully landscaped, gated resort located along the Ka'anapali Golf Course in West Maui. Resort amenities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, two tennis courts, pickleball courts, and shared BBQ grills. The resort is conveniently located near world-famous Ka'anapali Beach, Whalers Village, restaurants, bars, golf, and live entertainment. A flat $160 per vehicle parking fee is payable directly to the resort upon registration. One vehicle is confirmed with the stay; a second vehicle is subject to resort space and availability.

**Safety Note: The Kaanapali Royal resort is situated on the 16th hole of the Royal Kaanapali golf course. On rare occasions, errant golf balls may enter
