"The room had not been cleaned as we found food wrapping under the bed and a cigarette butt by the window. The dinner meal was mass produced and microwaved and passed to us. All drinks were separate and had to be purchased separately."

"The hotel is very pleasant and rooms are a great size. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff need some coaching and improvement. If I am in Regensburg, I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also very delicious."
