Clean, carefully maintained, and excellent front desk staff - helped w communication and transfers, even responding to texts immediately. Overall strong feeling of being welcomed ! Excellent choice if stay close to airport and town needed. Airport free shuttle, and close to bus lines if not renting a car. Right next/ on a beach, but pool available and liked by all. Some games on loan. Great outdoor place to lounge and enjoy the breeze, sit in the sun, or watch cruise ships leave at dusk, have dinner and listen to live music. All American breakfast, abundant, disposable utensils. Coffee and hot chocolate + fruit available 24/7. (Loved as I do not drink coffee!) . Will happily book again!

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The curb appeal isn’t the best but our room was beautiful, clean and smelled fresh. The staff was outstanding. They were so welcoming and helpful. Inside the elevator is a list of daily activites. That was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice property on the water not far from the airport. We were only on Maui for 2 days so we liked the convenient location for the drive to Hana and also getting to Lahaina and Kaanapali. The problem was that we didn't have hot water for our entire stay. We reported it and also mentioned it at checkout. I feel that hot water is a basic expectation for a hotel stay especially for the price we paid. I think that we're entitled to a credit to make up for the lack of hot water but, after inquiring about it, we have received nothing so far. That was 4 weeks ago.

空調が床に置き型のもので音がうるさく調整も効かず、直接ベッドに近く向いており乾燥が凄かった。 バスタブが小さ過ぎた。 ベッドが柔らか過ぎて眠れない。 駐車場代金が1日25ドルかかる。 部屋の扉が重く押さないと閉まらない。 リゾート側のエリアと比較して周りに観光地が無い割に同額かそれ以上で部屋代が高い。 部屋の清掃が3日間で一度も来なかった。 オーシャンビューだが湾内になって海の透明度はない。

My first moments were not particularly good At the desk I was informed I would be charged an extra $1500 for parking my car and apparently for being there. I’ve booked other Hampton Inn through Expedia and not had this problem The one shining example was from the staff who cleaned our rooms. Friendly, very competent and accessible. They were the best my wife and I have ever experienced in our travels. Thank you to them.

Location close to Daniel Inouye International Airport. Close to beach and shopping. Nice area. Breakfast is not great. Would rather go out to eat. Momona’s Bakery is very good and walking distance. Other than breakfast, the hotel is good. Would recommend.
