Our 5th stay and can’t wait for the next one!

This is our favorite place, every year we’re here we’re already planning our next adventure back here! Property is outstanding; comfortable, beautiful and incredibly convenient. The sunsets on the lanai are unparalleled, and days at the pool are peaceful and easy. You won’t regret coming here, and Trent and Jessica are the best hosts!

Wonderful location and property

Accurate photos and descriptions. Zero issues with the property. The AC was so nice for sleeping! A great view of sunsets! Overall extremely pleased with our stay.

Wonderful Condo in Kona

Property is clean, well appointed and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. Owners are very responsive. The community is close enough to town to be convenient but also away enough to feel like you’re out of the busyness and condo is quiet. Highly recommend. Would stay here again!

Peaceful Oasis

Clean, well equipped townhouse with unbeatable ocean view. We saw whales, dolphins and beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed a closet full of beach and snorkeling equipment. Owner was very responsive and accommodating when we needed something. Thank you for sharing your lovely place! Mahalo.

Relaxing oceanfront refuge

This is our third year renting this property. We love it here. Great location, great on-site amenities (pool and tennis courts) and other necessities (grocery store, etc.) only a 10 minute walk up the hill. Good snorkelling at Kahalu’u Beach only a 10 minute walk north. Nice walks in the area, particularly over to Keauhou Bay. Away from all the traffic and busy area of Kailua.

Flexible check out

Nice and clean. Jessica was great and very responsive. She was very helpful through the whole process and was flexible on the check out time for us since our flight was at 10 pm. The house was well stocked with household items. Will definitely stay there again!

Get Away

It was great! The only thing bad in the house is a step inside the front door that wasn’t marked and looked just like the floor! My wife and I both tripped on it twice than I took the rug out of the downstairs bathroom and marked it with that. Other wise the place was perfect.

Condo was good, centrally located. Of course the view was spectacular

We enjoyed our stay, the codo had everything we needed. The TV streaming was very spotty, or it could be that we are to old to know how to work the streaming process. The weather was iffy, but we did'nt let that bother us, regretfully we never made it to the pool. One thing I would add to the items in the condo, is some Kleenex.

Anniversary trip

The stay was outstanding, the first morning we were treated by spinner dolphins cavorting while we watched from the lanai. We were able to catch all but one sunset from the comfortable lanai. It’s funny, but we started arranging our excursions and dinners to make sure that we could have an adult beverage and watch the sunset. There are beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The condo had everything we needed and/or wanted. The condo was very clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly and had good recommendations. We were a little melancholy the last morning and sitting on the lanai when our friends the spinner dolphins came by and put on an acrobatic show.

Perfect

We had just finished our usual week at our timeshare in a different unit on the same property. Our timeshare had merged with VI Resorts and they had removed everything that made the place feel like home rather than a rental. Gone were the pool noodles and the beach chairs, gone was the booklet with tips for restaurants and changes in Beach conditions, gone was the on site contact … it was so nice when we moved to this unit. The feeling of Ohana was back :-) beach chair, restaurant recommendations, even condiments in the fridge. And of course the view was spectacular, the place was spotless, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will be back.

The cleanest place I've ever stayed

We had a lovely time! The townhouse is very clean. We saw whales and dolphins from the back porch, which was great because our boat tours got cancelled for bad weather. The A/C worked very well and we were so glad we had it! The parking space is about 20 yards from the entrance, no stairs. The host was very communicative which was wonderful. We had lots of fun and really enjoyed our trip. This was a really great townhouse and we would definitely stay here again. The beach gear includes: a few chairs, sand toys, golf clubs, tennis rackets, kites, a first aid kit, two small coolers, snorkels, and more. A couple notes: the stairs have risen lips on them that make them difficult/dangerous to walk on, the beds and pillows are super ultra soft, the wifi was in and out so I wouldn't stay here if you need reliable wifi for work.

Amazing!! Perfect place for family of 4

Jessica’s place is perfect for any traveler. The master bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and the room across the hallway has two twin sized beds. There are two full bathrooms which is a huge plus when we have multiple people vying for showers after a day at the beach! The condo is located south of Kona so you’re not in the hustle bustle traffic. You can walk to a great beach for snorkeling (it’s literally right down the street!)- we walked and it took us less than 10 minutes. There’s also a grocery store and multiple restaurants all within walking distance as well. The condo has a swimming pool and pickleball courts-Jessica’s condo is fully stocked with pickleball paddles and balls as well as everything you need for a day at the beach (chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, sand toys). The best part of the condo is the view!! You’re literally right on the water. You get to hear the waves crash all night - so perfect. Also, every evening you get to witness beautiful sunsets. Jessica was very responsive and was an amazing host. We would 100% stay here again!! Thank you Jessica!!

Perfect location for a great vacation!

Everything you need to feel at home, plus more! Close to groceries and restaurants but at the same time private and quiet. Pool was never crowded and perfect temperature. Parking was super convenient, just a few steps from the door. Comfortable living room furniture, and everyone slept great in their beds. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Condo on the Ocean

We had an excellent stay at this condo. It is compact, but perfect for the 3 of us. There was heaving wave action while we were there. It was fun to have the waves crashing up to almost 10 feet above the wall. Location to shopping and the beach is within minutes. However our timing was off and the closest beach was closed due to coral spawning. It is about 15 mins into Kona. Minutes to snorkeling trips for Manta Rays and other locations.The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you could want for cooking.The grounds are beautiful with several historical sites that are very interesting. We did not use the pool or tennis courts, so no comment.

Ocean FRONT!

Your lanai is a stones throw fom the ocean. The waves mezmerize you to sleep. A daily front row seat to a warm and breathtaking sunset is all but garrenteed. The accomidations are spotless and the owner...whom you deal with directly...is quick to reppspond and help however needed.

Beautiful retreat

We loved the location of this condo. Close to the shops but far enough away from the busyness of the bars and restaurants if you want quiet. The condo is well stocked in the kitchen, lots of bath and beach towels, and plenty of bedding and pillows too. The light switches on the first floor take some time to figure out. Also, the condo is very close to the pool and tennis courts. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Excellent vacation spot / highly recommended

Everything was as described and Jessica couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location with ocean just outside patio area in back and pool, tennis and pickleball just outside front door, as well as snorkeling nearby. Also had a closet full of rackets, paddles, and beach equipment available. Nearby mall with grocery store, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Would definitely go back.
