The condo is a bit dated, but considering the reasonable price for being right on the water, pretty much what I expected, and clean. Happily surprised at the supplies they provided, including laundry pods!And though we didn't use any, there were lots of ocean/pool "toys", for those who like to pack light.My husband and I would definitely stay in this location again!

Clean one bedroom with a view

Very nice rental. The view was amazing. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Only negative item was a scaffolding set up on the units next door.

Highly recommend!

Everything about this place was perfect. The property manager was wonderful to work with and the condo itself was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Not to mention a wonderful view from the lanai! We will definitely be returning hopefully very soon!

Pleasant stay in convenient location

Paradise

This property was phenomenal. The waves was relaxing and lulled you to sleep. No need for a/c just the fresh ocean air. Walking distance to shops and dining. Easy access when exploring by car. Outdated unit

Unit was clean, however severely needed new flooring, carpet and bathroom fixtures. The unit smelled musty - maybe from the carpet. Doors need replacing, bathroom sink counter was sloping, mattress was old. Patio furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Property manager was excellent and helpful, however he couldn't do much about the issues with the unit. I understand the unit has been sold and will no longer be in the rental market. We were the just the unlucky ones to be the last occupants.

Hidden gem in Kona

We loved this property. Unit was clean and had great cookware, some stuff I will look into buying for my own house. Great view off the lanai, not directly ocean facing but close enough to hear the surf and let it lull you to sleep. Our visit was timed poorly from a weather standpoint (epic storm that closed a lot of stuff down due to a power outage) but that made the comfort of the unit that much more needed and appreciated. My only criticism is with the management company who weren’t very friendly when asking about the AC going out right before our stay and not leaving instructions of where extra towels and bedding were kept and not being on site to answer questions. All in all, would stay here again and would definitely recommend to others.
