This was our first stay on the Big Island. The location relative to the main Kona village was great. Just a short walk down the hill to many restaurants and shops and a short drive to the grocery stores. The condo was exactly as advertised and well equipped for a 2 week stay.

It was all we hoped for and more. It was not right on the beach but only blocks away and close to shops and stores.We prefer someone at a front desk to check in and welcome us but we are old fashion. Only other minor issues were the pool was cold and we saw a couple insects inside.

The rental property was very well equipped with a very well supplied kitchen and lots of sports equipment for the beach and water. The unit is air conditioned but we found the ceiling fans were very efficient and enough to keep us comfortable.It should be noted that this building has an elevator which was very appreciated. The property has a pool as well as a barbecue area. The property was clean and well maintained. Any concern we had was managed quickly and efficiently.

We loved staying at this condo! It was newly renovated and very clean. It was bright inside and the balcony was huge! The air conditioning worked great and the condo was well stocked with towels, beach/pool toys, kitchen needs, and more!! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this condo again!

This condo and property location is perfectly placed. You are just a few walking minutes away from all the shops and restaurants along the main strip. The pool is nice and the condo was equipped with all basic essentials. The property managers were very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed. We would stay here again!

The place was neat, clean, well supplied and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a short 5 minute walk to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee and also for a couple of dinners enjoying a bit of ocean view. The management company was very quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The condo is gorgeous!!!! Loved staying here! Perfect location, very quiet, which I like, lovely furnishings. Love the bed, so comfy! So happy to have a parking spot in the garage and elevators! Wow, I wish I could have stayed her for the month that I’ve been in Kona!! It is the best place I stayed while here, for sure!! Amazing views, close to town, beaches, groceries!!!! Love love love this unit!!!! It’s the best!

Great condo. Clean and exactly as described. In very close proximity to restaurants and tourist shops. A short drive to boat for diving with Kona Hanu Divers. Check in process was easy and check out requirements very reasonable. We had no issues so did not have a need to contact owner or property manager during our stay. I highly recommend.

Well furnished 1 bd 2 ba condo! Boogie board, beach chairs, beach towels, even a first aid kit! You can see the ocean from the lanai. Having dinner there or at the pool area where you can use the gas grills was simply wonderful! Wifi worked well, ceiling fans and lights had remotes. We walked to the restaurants and farmers market. It was great to be close but not on the main road with daily traffic. Honestly a great place to stay.

We attended a family reunion of 25 who all rented in this complex. The complex offers nice amenities (pool, outside grills, tables), and this one bedroom unit is great, with a partial ocean view. The kitchen is open and adequately equipped. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed. The plastic blinds fell off twice (plastic sun baked and two panels broke), but a call brought a repair right away. The parking is underground….tight but convenient to the unit. Location is great and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and beach. Fabulous!!

Enjoyed coffee from lanai, relaxing at pool, and watching boats on the ocean. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay with a very comfortable bed, we slept great! There was construction noise every day in the afternoon. Saturday morning before we left someone was loading a trailer of construction debris. The bedroom closet was filled with beach chairs and equipment. The closet was unusable for hanging clothes or storing suitcases.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I liked the complex but it was not very secure either for entry to the complex,the parking or the elevators. Literally anybody could come walking up to your condo door. I probably would not recommend the complex to a family as the pool was very restricted and anti kids. The condo overall was good. Somethings that need attending to and replacing are; The bathrooms need remodeling, the toilets need replacing as they hardly flushed, the master bedroom bathroom door did not work at all and the patio blinds hardly worked and we were afraid they would break if we tried to open them. Also the fan in the master bedroom fell off when I pulled the switch chain and I caught it before it hit my head. The BBQ area was great. The grounds were very well kept and the maintenance personnel were very professional.
