Welcome to Hale Lula o' Nai'a – "House of the Dolphins" – your oceanfront retreat on scenic Alii Drive!
Ideally situated just north of Kahalu'u Beach Park in Kailua-Kona, this prime location offers easy access to surfing, paddle boarding, and snorkeling.
Designed for comfort and privacy, the home features two oceanfront suites—each with a king-size bed—positioned at opposite ends of the house.
You'll be close to beautiful beaches, local shopping, a movie theater, and a nearby golf course. Tastefully furnished with coastal island flair, the home is meticulously maintained and offers breathtaking 180-degree ocean views.

Kona is a world-class destination for deep-sea fishing, home to the annual International Billfish Tournament in August and the legendary IRONMAN World Championship in October. The cooler upland slopes are famous for producing the region’s celebrated Kona coffee.
From snorkeling, scuba diving, and paddling to spotting spinner dolphins and sea turtles along the shore, daily adventures abound. Or simply relax with a cocktail or meal along Ali‘i Drive as boats glide by.
