Hair dryers in bathroom, beach gear (snorkel gear, beach chair, umbrella, pool noodles, you name it!) in closet, this is well prepared for your comfortable vacation! Airy Lanai is perfect for you to enjoy your morning coffee. Close to restaurants to walk to, or just strolling down Alii drive checking out places. Great condo just one block from the main hub of kileau kona. Clean well stocked and nice lanai to sit out on in the evening and morning . Walking distance to shops and places to eat. Definitely try Da Shark Shack.

Best stay ever!

Beautiful views, especially of the wonderful church. Very helpful and hospitable people at Kona Plaza. Can't say enough good, would stay right at this location again. Gonna miss Kona until we come back again. Wonderful people to rent from!

Condo updated and clean. Biggest lanai we have ever enjoyed. Comfortable accommodations and great location. Easy walking to restaurants and coffee shops and beach by the wharf.

All you need in Hawaii

The place is great. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and a bunch of snorkel gear is ready to go. Place has a nice large deck which is great to sit and read. Super close to grocery stores and a few public beaches. I would stay here again!

Good location

Right in downtown, great location. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the lanai was spacious. The kitchen is very small and did not lend itself to much cooking. The toilet hose leaked, and the property manager told us to put a towel down.

We had a nice staycation, for the weekend. The rooms where just right and comfy. A/C worked great after working a long day in the sun. Small kine difficulty with the wifi but the manager contacted us to let us know to rebut the system. Other than that everything worked out just fine.

Good roomy apartment

A very spacious apartment. The Lanai was perfect to sit and have breakfast. Excellent air conditioning. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and a washer & dryer. The parking spot is a bonus. Within walking distance to a wide range if restaurants. Also not far from a Safeway Supermarket. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Kona condo

The location is great. I cannot give a very good rating because lots of dust under beds, ceiling in bathroom needs repairs due to peeling, black mold behind toilet and closet doors need repairs and painting There are cockroaches but that is not owners fault, every place we have rented in Hawaii has roaches (7 trips to Hawaii) itā€™s part of the tropics.

Property needs some TLC and could be updated in some areas. Overall, it was very functional and served our family well. Clean and well-equipped. Would rent again.

Location location LOCATION!!! This is amazingly tucked away on the main drive in Kona with a gorgeous view from the huge outdoor balcony. You can walk to everything within 10min. The inside is a little dated and could use some extra TLC but itā€™s a old building and letā€™s be honest you do come to Hawaii to hang out in the hotel room! Itā€™s clean and comfortable just a little dated. We will definitely be back next time we are in Kona

Downtown Kona Condo

Lovely condo in town on the west/church side of this small 4 story complex. Weā€™ve stayed in many different units here over the years, love the convenience, parking garage, the sun decks with gas grills & the little swimming pool. The condo owner has made beautiful updates over the last couple yearsā€¦.nice kitchen remodel, ceiling fans added, and this year, freshly painted and new air conditioning! It just gets better and better :)

Beautiful 2 bed 2bath with everything you need for a Kona vacation. Huge lanai and ALII Drive quiets down by midnight. Down at seawall by 7am to see what 's happening. Only concern about is the condensation from overhead A/C is falling and lifting laminate in hallway. Our stay was ONO

Great Location, Good Deal

This was a great location to stay at a great price. Pictures are always a bit deceiving so I did find that it's a bit older than I had expected but honestly, who cares? It's priced appropriately. If it was newly renovated it wouldn't be affordable. So don't expect perfection. Expect a 90's revenue property, not a modern owner-occupied suite. It's safe, clean and in a fantabulous location. I would stay again.

Reasonably priced for a convenient location. Great lanai! Nice pool. Couldnā€™t get TV to work but who had time for that until nighttime to wind down. Air conditioner was very loud unfortunately so didnā€™t keep it on at night. Walking distance to everything near the ocean. Wi-Fi connections not good.

Kona Stay

The property is old which was not projected on the site, no ocean view, the air conditioner is loud, the patio door auto locks if you close it when going out to sit, and there is a large buckling of the floor in the hallway where the baby fell twice. We booked this place because it had a pool but it was closed. The owner was nice when we talk to her.
