This wonderful Villa offers oceanfront amenities including the fragrance of the ocean spray and warm tropical breezes truly distinctive to Hawaii!

Welcome to this two bedroom, two and 1/2-bath Villa. The property features a large wrap around lanai that is great for dining and ocean front entertainment. This home is equipped with a full modern kitchen and two private bathrooms inside each bedroom. The master bedroom has direct lanai access.

Also included is cable and Wi-Fi Internet. This Oceanfront Villa meets all of your Hawaiian retreat needs. Whether you are going to Hawaii to explore, relax, work or for a wedding this unique property is the top choice. The community also has two pools, a hot tub and a tennis court. BBQ's and ping pong table are located in the family pool area.

FAQs. This unit is on the ground floor and has a single flight of stairs up to the reserved parking space in the garage. There is elevator access in this building. The location is 1.5 miles south of the center of Kailua-Kona. It is about a mile south of Hugo's Restaurant. The unit is air-conditioned with central air. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and beach towels in the unit.

Heaven on earth

The view from the Lanai was amazing from early morning to sunset with whale watching in between. We felt spoiled being there. The host was amazing with making sure we enjoyed our time there.

Exceptional Tranquil Accessible and Energizing

The property was quiet, totally on its own from the large resort and had the full view of the ocean front with all the necessary amenities. The spinner dolphins added the true Hawaii touch.

Perfection in Paradise

The pictures do not do this condo justice as everything is exactly how it appears but better! The location was perfect for me as it’s close enough to get into town (it’s even on the Kona Trolley line) but far enough away that you felt completely at peace without the noise and congestion that comes from being right in town.

Gorgeous ocean front location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The amenities were great: Cable TV, Internet, Pool table, Lanais, A/C, washer/dryer. Villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. Had a mongoose sighting a couple times! Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us.

Vastly better than the pictures, perfect location for visitng the Kona area.

This property is stunning. The pictures make it look a bit dated and leave you wondering if the view is really as good as you think it is. OMG. It is huge, nicely decorated with lovely furniture and art, and is well set up for extending the living space onto the large lanai. Speaking of which, the lanai has gorgeous solid wood patio furniture and a direct view of the sun setting over the ocean. The shoreline is not ideal for swimming but the pool (again, way better and larger than the pictures) is immediately adjacent and gorgeous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away. We swam and snorkled with sea turtles and gorgeous fish at a black sand beach 8 minutes away but drove by at least four beaches on the way there. You should definitely stay here.

Fantastic Property on the Ocean

We enjoyed our stay. This is a large unique property on the ocean. Great sunsets and views. The sound of the ocean was soothing. The pool table is a bonus. The pictures just don’t do justice to this unit, which is spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool is also convenient. The host is responsive when needed.

Fabulous Property

Really clean, well-appointed condo in a perfect location, both in terms of its location steps from the ocean and 10 minutes by car to Kona’s shops and restaurants. Ideal for our family of five. I would recommend this place very highly.

Property was just right for our family of 4. Wonderful location right on water made for some great sunsets and dinners on the patio. Only a mile or so walk to Kailua town. Kids enjoyed the pool table after dinner

Stunning panorama and location.

As described, the location is spectacular. Property is spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated and oddly configured, especially the si big room filled with pool table. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Amazing Condo!

This was the best condo I’ve ever stayed in. I have high standards and this property exceeded them. It was very clean and had so many amenities such as a nice washer and dryer in the condo. The lanai was beyond stunning! Everything was exceptional including the bedding and towels which were so soft! I’d live here if I could and only hope to return someday.

Will Book Again!

We loved this condo. Location was great for our family of 5 (kids ages 17, 17, 13). The 3 kids took the master bedroom, utilizing the twin pull-out loveseat, and parents slept in the "guest" room which had a full bath attached. The views were spectacular, and we got a lot of use out of the pool table. We had friends staying in the area, and this gave us enough room to host cocktail hour before going out for dinner. Be sure to get updated WiFi access info in advance. The access information in our welcome packet was outdated, and we had to run in circles to obtain access. WiFi is not very strong, so we would not have been able to use it for business purposes. By no means would this deter us from staying here again in the future.

SPECTACULAR SETTING ON THE KONA COAST!

The wrap around view is fantastic, and the villa is appointed very, very nicely. It’s probably the best, or certainly one of the best, units in the development. Stunning location, really. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed just hanging around on the Lanai … The unit is surprisingly spacious, and lounging inside was a pleasure as well. The development is upscale and quite secure, the grounds beautiful and well cared for, the parking is underground and sheltered, and the walk to the unit is relatively short. We enjoyed runs along Ali’i Drive, visits to nearby beaches, easy access to restaurants and things to do, and simply just being there. Loved everything about the place! Plan to come back!
