Our reservation for a 1 king size room with jacuzzi tub got mixed up with a 2 queen standard room so we didn’t get the room we paid for, we weren’t told of this mistake until I went and asked about it on our way out. We couldn’t be reimbursed, and points were useless as we don’t have Hilton honors. The other party had only stayed one night so we were locked out for a while initially. It was rather clean other than a pile of dog poo on the floor.
Overall, a lot could have been understood/over looked but honestly and integrity go a long way and this hotel had none. Hope the other party enjoyed our expensive room!
Will not book again.
