"Wir hatten die Bettwäsche und Handtücher bei der Buchung mit bestellt, leider waren diese bei unserer Ankunft um 21:00 Uhr nicht vorhanden. Nach langem hin und her telefonieren mit NOVASOL mussten wir 50 km nach Vig fahren, um die Sachen dort in einen dreckigen Hauseingang abzuholen. Somit mussten ..."
