This home offers a perfect combination between outdoor & indoor living, with a private hot tub on the balcony, with the very best views in Parks Edge. The lower patio has a private gas fire pit with outdoor seating to sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the mountains , walking trails, & wet lands.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very comfortable and clean. We had some snow days and we were very happy to see that the snow was plowed in the residential area.This condo has all the comforts of home. We would definitely consider renting this condo again.It has three stories so make note of the stairs in case that is important for you.

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay on our ski trip! Not only was the property in great condition and had awesome amenities, but it was also just a short drive to the slopes and downtown Park City. Sherrie was a lovely host and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

This was the most wonderful getaway for spring break. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to relax, even while my husband still put in a few hours of work each day. (The little office upstairs was ideal, and the internet worked perfectly.) The location was great, the views were beautiful, and everything we needed was provided. Thank you for such a great stay!

Sherrie’s unit is very clean, new and modern. The three level townhouse had a spacious garage, hot tub on the deck, and large 3 bed 3 baths. This was a great place to vacay with my wife and 2 kiddos. Had every thing we needed. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty the whole time but sounds like Sherrie got it fixed! We loved the office nook off the master bedroom.

REALLY enjoyed this home! The owner has literally thought of everything! Kitchen is superbly stocked to cook in if you are a foodie! Wonderfully clean (and I am picky!) and decorated perfectly! Lots of extra touches (too many to list) made it feel like a luxury stay, but like being at home! Truly one of our favorite VRBO's!!

We have stayed at many properties and this was by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Absolutely loved everything about this condo. . . the outdoor fireplace, the hot tub and three beautifully decorated bedrooms. Everything was so well thought out in this incredible unit. Our stay was wonderful. We needed a break from the hustle in the valley and Sher’s retreat was perfect. Great attention to detail…everything was as advertised or better. Sherrie was very accommodating and prompt to respond with answers to questions. Best of all for me was the fact her unit backs onto beautiful natural open space. Also the community is very quiet. It was the perfect needed break for my wife and I. (Late Mother’s Day gift). We will be back!

The condo was perfect for our "weekend getaway" for work. All of the rooms were gorgeous, the beds were comfy, and the view was beautiful. We each had our own bed, on its own floor, which was nice (giving us each the perfect amount of privacy). The condo was only a 10-15 minute commute to where we needed to be each day (i.e.out of the craziness of park city!), which was great. Thanks for the stay, Sherrie! Hope to stay there again for Sundance 2020.

We loved it! Everything was so convenient with well stocked kitchen. Hot tub on deck was great after skiing. Design lends itself to privacy with bedrooms on each floor. Very nice view and community was extremely quiet while we were there. Handy to have 2 car garage. Communications with owner were very prompt and complete. We come to Park City annually and it is one of the nicest places we have stayed. We look forward to coming back next year.
