"The overall stay was great. The room rate was great, however combined with Zermatt resort fee and Expedia fee negated any savings. Cold water in bathroom sink didn't work, everything else was great."

"This is a really great property! Family friendly, clean, well stocked and prepared for a weekend of fun. The cabin had little moths in the upstairs bedrooms and around the cabin. Not terrible but a little annoying. We also understand it’s a cabin in the mountains. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We will definitely be back. "

"I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...

"The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. The unit looked out on a parking lot and big light and the curtains did not extend below the window sill and the light shined in the room at all hours. The...
