The staff was courteous and the hotel lobby area is nice. My gripe with this hotel was my room. The “carpet” was dirty (I don’t believe they vacuum) and the bathroom was less than desirable due to the stains in the bathtub, chipped tile & a broken stopper.

المكان نظيف ولكن حنفية الحمام كانت معطلة والماء كان يتجمع فلا يليق بفندق ٥ نجوم. الموظفات على الاستقبال غير متعاونات ، عندما حجزت فالفندق كان مكتوب يتوفر باركنات بمعرفة النزيل تبلغ 16€ وبمعرفه الفندق 27€ ولكن الموظفه انكرت واصرت ان الباركنات يجب ان تكون بمعرفة الفندق وبقيمة 27€ فشعرت ان هناك استغلال ...
