With four spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests and over 4,000 square feet of living space, Laule‘a #5 is the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking a refined Hawaiian escape. Finishes of stone and hardwood, granite-slab countertops, and high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances create a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere.

Here, the playground of Hawaii lies just beyond your door. Enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, paddleboarding, and pristine beaches within walking distance. The renowned Mauna Lani Resort also offers two championship golf courses, fabulous restaurants, boutique shopping, and a world-class spa, available for an additional fee paid directly to Mauna Lani Resort.

Guests at Laule‘a #5 have access to the Mauna Lani Sports Club & Tennis Garden for an additional fee, which includes use of the gym, lap pool, and tennis courts. Facilities are open daily from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Children must be 12 years or older to use the lap pool and fitness center.

Located in the heart of Mauna Lani Resort, Laule‘a #5 offers convenient access to local favorites such as Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Island Hopper Taproom, Mauna Lani Coffee Co., and Reya Salon & Spa—all within a short walk.

Inside, guests will find three king suites and a fourth suite with a queen bed and twin bunk, along with four full baths and a powder room. A detached ohana suite provides added privacy. Each bedroom and living space includes large-screen TVs, a home theater system, wireless internet, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer. A modern kitchen and formal dining area make leisurely meals effortless, and the seamless indoor-outdoor design invites you to savor island breezes and sunset views.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, where calm waters, soft sand, and excellent snorkeling await at Makaiwa Bay. Beachside food and beverage service is available, and water gear rentals can be arranged on site. The best house ever

This was our 5th trip to the big island, but a first for our extended family. This house was perfect for 4 teens and 3 adult couples. We spent most of the time on the lanai and grilled most nights at home. Deluxe accommodations, amazing layout, we couldn't have been happier.

Big island recovery

Wonderful, quiet, healthful, roomy. Lovely pool and hot tub very responsive to managing. Lots of space, nice selection of water toys, close to Mauna Lani Beach Club and its accoutrements. Easy access to house and property. All ages loved it. The kitchen was well suited to our needs. One cockroach. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!💗

Great trip!!! Can't beat the location!

The location and view were great! We hardly wanted to go anywhere! The house has everything you could possible need if you wanted to hunker down and just relax at the house. The dishwasher was not secured and we called the property manager, Ellis, and she got it take care of right away!! One suggestion, there could be more pool towels and bath towels available. We found ourselves doing laundry every day!! Overall a great time/experience!!!

Beautiful, well appointed home

Our family group of 10 stayed for a week in this property. The home is open and beautifully appointed. It has views of the golf course out to the ocean, and the pool was great. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen or on the BBQ, and we had everything you'd need to prepare and serve cocktails, wine and meals for a large group. The bedrooms and baths had beautiful linens and the shower was well stocked with high end products. Also laundry room was stocked to run several loads a day. Can't say enough good about the home itself. We'd love to come back again. Downsides: The description of amenities on the Elite Vacation properties website was inaccurate. It led all of us to believe we had access through the Mauna Lani resort to, among other things, a "community lap pool, six Plexipave tennis courts, and a fully equipped fitness center". The Mauna Lani resort knew nothing about our access to these amenities, and the Mauna Lani fitness center was only willing to allow access for our group for $1100/week. When we tried to get information from Elite Properties about how to access these amenities, we found them unresponsive, with lack of ownership about whether the property manager or concierge was to blame for the misinformation. In addition, we called twice prior to arrival to arrange for a chef, and never received a call back. We also called multiple times during our stay to request additional beach towels (6 beach towels only in a house sleeping 10), and never received a response. One other item-- when we arrived the one outside garbage can was completely full as the maids had just left. Garbage pick-up did not occur until the day of our departure, so we had to put all our garbage bags next to the outdoor can, and animals got into them. It was a mess. A large group of arriving guests should have an empty garbage can for the week.

Beautiful home!

This property was so well equipped. Everything was clean and new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the view over the gol course to the water. The furniture was all fresh and comfortable, and it could not have been cleaner. Everything you need for a great vacation! Even a pineapple corer.
