Enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise over the red rock cliffs on the large back patio. After a day of adventures, relax on the front porch & watch the sunset over the red cliffs in front of the house.

Cross the street & hop on the K Hill Trail, part of the Kanab Trail System

This relaxing retreat with stunning views is a wonderful place to unwind, recharge, and create memories with family or friends. The unique decor will inspire you to explore the beautiful scenery in the area.

The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area offers a great place to gather. Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare meals that you can enjoy at the kitchen island or the indoor or outdoor dining areas.

The garage has been converted into a game room, and there are two walls with huge, custom murals painted by a talented Utah muralist! The game room includes a ping pong table, pop-a-shot, foosball, and darts. We prefer that you do not park in the garage. We have 2 sets of hiking poles in the garage for guests to use during their stay.

Great stay in Kanab

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. An added bonus there was a hot air balloon festival on the street the same weekend. Very cool way to start the day. The grocery store was close by and it was super convenient to grab groceries for the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for extended family stay in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and all appliance worked, with some items supplied in cupboards. We would stay here again on our next trip through the area.

Peaceful quiet stay

My family and I found this home to be just what we were looking for. We wanted to be together as a family for the 1 year anniversary of the loss of our oldest son and this was the perfect choice for us. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. The openess if the home made it the perfect hangout when we weren't visiting the many amazing things to see.

This was our first trip to Kanab. Such a great place to explore! The house was perfect to come back to everyday. I loved having the trail access right out the door. Super safe and quiet neighborhood! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The game room was a fun addition! Thank you for providing my family with such a comfortable place to call home for a few days!

Nice Place

Fit my colleagues and myself's needs perfectly. Good base of operations for our work crew and close to all the good things Kanab has to offer. I really like that three of the rooms have king sized beds instead of twins/doubles all over the house like lots of other places do to claim a higher sleeping capacity. Would stay here again, probably very soon.

Kanab rocks!

This was a beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed every part of our stay here including a great time playing darts and ping pong in the evenings. The owners were great to work with and very responsive with communication. Don’t hesitate to book this property. The town of Kanab was also great being centrally located and super friendly people.

Perfect place to stay to visit Zion, Bryce and more!

My family and I had never been to the Southwest and were hoping to visit the area as well as a couple national parks. I cannot say enough positive things about this property--it was a perfect home base for us during our visit to Zion, Bryce and all sorts of other sites. The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the owners were available at all times for questions. They also have extensive guides to area attractions and recommendations. You simply cannot do better than this house for location, amenities and support for a visit to Southwest Utah!

Very detailed hosts

Our stay in Kanab was perfect! The hosts provided room descriptions outside of the bedrooms, a book with pages and pages of information on all the local parks and activities and very clear check out instructions. We loved hanging out in the garage playing games. I also have to mention how extremely soft the comforters and blankets were. Utah was a special place enhanced by this great home.

One of the Best Places I have Stayed, Awsome Views and very Spacious.

This is a great place, one of the cleanest I have ever stayed. Rooms are so spacious, one of the things that called my attention was the wall art on each room, as someone who likes to visit National Parks and great natural spots I thought this was great to see this at every room. Playroom was very fun. We used the pimpon table and the fusball. Kitchen has everything for you to cook, even though we did not spend time in the house, I think for someone who likes to vacation and stayed at home it has everything you need, the views around house are a plus, we saw one of the best sunsets. Overall great house for your adventure.

Fantastic Kanab Stay!

Great property - convenient to Grand Canyon’s North Rim, Zion and Bryce. Kanab’s tourist information building is just a few blocks away- worth a stop. We were able to walk to a trailhead just down the street from the property to start out adventure. House was clean, modern, spacious, light filled and well equipped. The views were outstanding! We loved having 3 bathrooms with 6 adults! Regan was quick to reply to our questions, both before and during our trip. He sent us detailed information about places to go as a follow up to some of our questions. This is a fantastic choice if you are staying with a group in Kanab. Enjoy!

An amazing spacious house!

Our family of five visited Kanab for some hiking in early January. This house was awesome. Very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect - right in the heart of town and close/central to all the good hikes. Since we had no cell service coming up to the house, locating the house was a little tricky. We arrived at night and the house number was not illuminated, so we had to improvise but ended up finding it in the end. The owners were very communicative and were very quick to respond. Pretty difficult to come up with anything negative about the house... but as trivial as they may seem, I did manage to come up with a few:- We ended up losing hot water on the first night. Not sure if it was because my three kids were showering/bathing all at the same time, but on the second night we spaced out their showers and had no problems with hot water thereafter. - The cookware was subpar at best. We cooked two nights we were there and were disappointed with the quality of cookware (pots & pans). - The house just about had everything to keep us entertained... but wished there was a hot tub to enjoy in the back yard. Overall a wonderful stay... and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Amazing Utah Adventure Retreat

Yes, Kanab looks good on me. My wife and I planned this Utah trip way back in February. I spent a long time looking at the numerous homes that are available. I settled on the Utah Adventure Retreat and we were not disappointed. We were traveling with another couple and wanted the bedrooms to have 2 King beds. This property has 3 king bedroom, plus a bunk room with 2 bunk beds. The Master Suite takes up a good portion of one half of the house and is well planned. The home is brand new and immaculate. It's located at the base of a vermillion cliff and hiking trails are foot steps away. The BLM visitor center is walking distance and has a wealth of information on the national parks and monuments. Centrally located for day trip and back to Bryce, N Rim Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, the Wave and So Coyote Buttes. Zion can also be a day trip, but that was a separate 5 day trip. Kanab is a cool town with lots of dining options 5 to 10 minutes away ( our favorite: Wild Thyme Cafe). The hosts were very responsive and wanted to make us feel at home. All 4 of use were thrilled that we chose this property for 5 nights. Dee and I are already plotting a Utah vacation in 2024 with our adult children and grandchildren. This property will be at the top of our list to book. Thanks to the Perry's for designing and building a perfect vacation home in an idyllic setting!
