"This place is nice and exactly what I wanted for a week-long vacation in Kanab. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of the two mini splits was not cooling. The host contacted me asking if it was ok for someone to go in to repair it. I gave them my approval. When we got back that evening it had not been repaired. I contacted them again and they said they would get someone to repair it, but they did not. Didn't get it fixed while we were there and didn't communicate to let us know...

"Location & amenities are perfect, with a hot tub, sauna, gym, and a large yard. Communication with the host was top notch. The house was the perfect size & was very clean. Only negative would be a lack of and quality of cookware, which made cooking full meals a bit challenging. Overall a great little spot & would definitely stay here again. "
