"The property was convenient to the ARK Encounter Venue. Bathroom was so small that it was difficult to close the toilet room door without standing in the bathtub, Strange set up. We asked for room service / clean up towels trash etc on the first morning there and prep for the second night. No joy and when we returned the room was not attended too. Only excuses at the front desk. In my experience so far with Expedia bookings, the hotels provide the worst room and service for the price. I'm reconsidering future bookings accordingly."
