4 of the elevators were consistently not working. We paid in advance for valet parking and when we arrived we were told they were full.

The facility was wonderful; the room was cleanly appointed and the hot tub and pool were very clean and well-functioning. The room was clean and staff friendly. They held our stuff for us while we spent some time before check in. Valet staff was very friendly. Speakeasy was a fun hangout.
