Resort was quite large but they had shuttles that ran continuously so getting around with mobility issues was never really a problem. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Food choices were plentiful and the food was fresh and tasty however it was a bit confusing at times as to which facilities were open for which meals. Once we sorted that out we enjoyed every meal. There were lots of activities and entertainment but we felt the resort could have done a better job making us aware of the schedule. We booked through Expedia and the booking did not make us aware that the resort included airport transfers so consequently we incurred extra costs when we booked the transfers as an add on. The resort also included a free excursion which we were not made aware of until a few days in when we happened to be speaking to our concierge. The pools were clean and we were always able to find a cabana as long as we were there before noon. The beach was clean and the water warm. It is not a huge beach so there are limited cabanas and loungers but there was no extra cost for them. The location of our suite was great as it was close to the beach, a pool and a restaurant as well as a bar but unfortunately the bar turned into a night club at night and was open until 1am. We are not partiers so the loud music every night was annoying but this could be remedied by staying in another part of the resort if we return in the future. Great adult only resort, would recommend it.
