Fantastic Stay for First Time in Kauai

We had a party of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids) and all fit comfortably. The house has an awesome view and love the walking path and beach right out front. Being here allowed us to easily get to the north or south shore for day adventures.

Amazing family vacation

We had a great stay. This was a great location and was perfect for our family of 7 adults. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and amazing sunrise every morning.

Perfect location in Kapa'a

The location and home was perfect for our group of 4 friends. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. And just a few steps from the beach. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Amazing property, gracious host, Brenda went out of her way to accommodate us. Made us feel very welcome and even brought us baked goodies from her bakery. A little hiccup with VRBO booking but not the hosts fault.

Beautiful setting convenient to beaches, restaurants and shops

This beautiful home with an ocean view and shared swimming pool met all of the needs of our six person, three generation family (ages 3-72). The eastside location was convenient for travel to the north shore and Waimea Canyon. We enjoyed walking to beaches, restaurants, and shops. We couldn't have imagined a better property for our visit to Kaua'i.

Family beach vacation

We had a great stay at the property. We had a few problems with the back door getting locked for half a day and unfortunately had to have a locksmith come out to repair the door but Brenda was easy to communicate with. We also did have a smoke detector go off multiple times in the middle of the night which was unfortunate with sleeping babies. I would say the hot tub we were not able to use as it was not very clean and I didn’t want my kids going in with floating debri/biofilm. Overall having the pool and the beach so close was wonderful. The proximity to town was also great.

Great vacation rental

Good location, right on the beach. Pool is shared between 3 houses, but not busy. Hot tub was not working when we were there, but wasn’t a necessity. Booking was straightforward, check-in and check-out were simple. House has all the amenities we needed including water toys, grill, full kitchen that was well stocked. Would stay again.

Great Location & Amenities

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beach house. The location was great, the view was awesome, and the kids loved the pool! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The only drawback was the cleanliness. All of the dishes and pans could use a fresh cleaning, and the floors need a deep cleaning. Overall, though we were very happy!

Spectacular!

Property is just as pictured! It is spacious and well appointed. Special details were thought out and appreciated. The property is perfectly located along the coconut coast trail and we were able to use two bikes on this beautiful trail provided by Brenda. Any questions or issues were quickly resolved. My daughter enjoyed the pool, while i enjoyed the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Relaxing family vacation

We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation at this property. Pool is smallish and was chilly (Dec) but the kids still braved it. However the hot tub saw consistent use! Some of the jets had been turned off & shot out mold/algae scum when we turned them on, but it mostly cleared after a day. Appreciated the use of water toys, and we tried the paddle board just down the beach in the calm, protected tide pool area. Plenty of living space for family (4 adults, 2 kids) to spread out.

Look no further…

This property is amazing. We couldn’t be happier with our choice! There were seven of us in total, and we had the most amazing time. The property is perfectly located at the beginning of the bike path. You can walk to town, rent bikes, swim in the pool or hot tub, or hit the beach. We have five children that range in age from 7 years old to 13 years old. This house was absolutely perfect for a “free range “situation while we were cleaning up or packing for the beach or hiking, the kids could do their own thing safely with a short distance. The owner, Caleb, was super responsive. Check in and check out were super smooth. Thank you so much for having us! We hope to return someday!

Overall a good place to stay

This house is located on the east part of the island, which makes it a grate location if you are wanting to visit different parts of the island. It felt very central and made it easy to visit the north and south parts of the island. The property manager, Brenda, is also very friendly and brought us donuts from her bakery one morning. The only issues we had when staying here were the fact that one of the showers was not usable for the first couple of days. They notified us the day before that it was being worked on and may not be fixed before our stay. They got it fixed fairly quickly, but communication throughout that process was pretty poor. Additionally, a few things to be aware of when booking this property, 2 of the 3 pool chairs are broken and unusable. There is also a chance you may find some cockroaches in the house. We encountered 3 or 4 throughout our stay, but Brenda brought us some roach houses to put out. Overall, we had a fantastic stay here. The views made up for any issues we had there and we loved hanging with the chickens in the yard!

Beach House with access to everything

We had a great time staying here. The beach house was very centrally located to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores. You can get anywhere you need without having to fight traffic. The shared pool was great! We stayed a week and didn’t see anyone else ever use it. The house was well stocked with anything you might need. It also had adequate seating for our large group both inside and outside. Caleb resolved any issue we had immediately! He was highly responsive and accommodating. I’d stay here again for sure!

Great location!

Couldn't ask for a better location, ocean, beach and a great walking path along the sea. Really enjoyed all of it. The facility met all our needs. Suggest you check the temp on the frig. It was freezing the liquids.
